Orders received from Monday – Thursday before 2pm are delivered by the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday and during the weekend will be dispatched on Tuesday.
Please note that we don’t dispatch orders on Bank Holidays and goods will be delivered the next working day. There may be circumstances beyond our control that may slow down the delivery. However, we will try our best to mitigate this and you will be notified accordingly.
After receiving your order, we pick it up, check it, pack it, label and ship it. We send out an acknowledgment email that your order is being processed.
Our 3rd party courier vendors also send out a dispatch email with tracking information once your parcel leaves us.
Oh yes, you will receive an invoice with the order confirmation email after you have completed your order.
Orders are delivered using third-party courier companies like DHL, APC etc. However, we do deliver to customers using our van for local delivery service and occasionally for very large orders in other parts of the country.
This is a free service whereby orders are placed online and collected in our store from Monday – Saturday only. The latest order for guaranteed 6pm local pick up service is 3pm.
As soon as you place your order, our payment merchant will attempt to take the payment out of your debit/credit card.

Yes, you can change or cancel your order if you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, and the CAVEAT here is that we haven’t dispatched the food items.
Once we dispatch your order, our 3rd party courier company will email you and provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel.
All queries, discrepancies, missing/incomplete items, and damages must be notified in writing (and accompanied by photo and/or video evidence) within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
