Guaranteed Next Day Nationwide Delivery Service
At Mama Africa Store, we are committed to making your shopping experience convenient and hassle-free. We deliver across Plymouth, Saltash, Exeter, Launceston, and Bristol, ensuring that you receive your favorite African groceries promptly.
Delivery Schedule
- Minimum Order for Delivery: £50
- Next-Day Delivery Guarantee:* Place your order between Saturday and Wednesday before 2 PM to guarantee next-day delivery on Thursday.
- Weekend Orders:* Orders placed after 2 PM on Thursday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Free Local Pickup (Click & Collect)
Skip the delivery costs by opting for our free Click & Collect service! Order online and collect from our Plymouth store, available Monday through Saturday. Simply place your order at least 3 hours before your preferred collection time. The cut-off for same-day pickup is 12 PM for collection by 6 PM.
Special Same-Day Local Delivery
We now offer Special Same-Day Delivery for select Plymouth postcodes (PL1* and PL4*). Orders placed before 4 PM for these areas will be delivered the same day for just £3.99.
Important Notes
- You can provide specific delivery instructions when placing your order. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if delivery instructions are followed by the carrier.
- If no one is available to receive your order, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with details on how to rearrange delivery.
